Case management is the core service for persons with HIV/AIDS. Case managers take away the confusion of living with HIV/AIDS. They are the vital links to many HIV-related services ranging from medical and legal options to employment counseling and housing opportunities. Our full-time, professional case managers service approximately 500 clients in the four county area of South Jersey. Whether they need help obtain Social Security benefits or would like to take advantage of alternative complementary therapies, our case managers are there to provide those connections.

As needs diminish, clients may be transferred to the new Information Link Program.
